Cash Counters
Standard warranty methodology
Volumatic will provide a Help Desk facility to rectify the problem. If the problem cannot be rectified over the phone, we will arrange collection of the Cash Counter, inspect, repair and return the equipment. No loan equipment will be provided.
5 Year Warranty Upgrade option
Your standard warranty period will be extended by 4 years. In the event of product failure at any point within the 5 year time frame you will receive a permanent replacement Cash Counter, thus ensuring minimum disruption and downtime.

Volumatic will provide a Help Desk facility to rectify the problem. If the problem cannot be rectified over the phone, an engineer will be despatched for on site inspection.

Volumatic will provide a Help Desk facility to rectify the problem. If the problem cannot be rectified over the phone, a replacement machine will be despatched and the faulty unit collected at the time of delivery.
