When you first purchase any of our devices, solutions or software, you’ll receive details of your Warranty cover and you’ll be given access to both our Support website, packed full of helpful documents, user guides and video training, as well as having access to call our dedicated Customer Support team. Our Customer Support team know our products inside-out and are there to help to give you the right level of support as and when you need it.

For further peace of mind, you can also opt to get an extended support upgrade on some of our products for weekend cover. Contact us to find out more about this.

Our Warranty cover is unrivalled, so you can always be confident you’re getting the best support when you invest in any of our products. Volumatic’s Standard Warranty

We provide free, unlimited helpdesk support for the entire period of the warranty.

If we cannot satisfactorily resolve your problem quickly from our remote help desk, then we will provide a “Box Swap” to replace whichever device you have.

Box Swap is our next-day replacement service.

Our courier delivers a replacement product from Volumatic support stock to you and picks up the faulty one free of charge – no packing, no posting, and no hassle!
