In this Privacy Policy, "we", "us" and "our" means Volumatic Limited, which is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 01069143) whose registered office is at Taurus House Endemere Road, Coventry CV6 5PY. We own and run the website with the domain name www.volumatic.com ("Website").

Information that we collect from you
When you request information or order products from us, request a trial of a product or complete our export distributors' questionnaire on the Website you may be asked to provide certain information about yourself including your name, email address, mobile phone number, contact details and credit or debit card information. We may also collect information about your usage of our Website as well as information about you from e-mails or letters you send to us. You do not need to provide this information to us in order to view the contents of the Website but you will not be able to place orders or request information or a trial of a product without submitting some information to us.

You confirm that if you pass details to us about a third party that you have that third party's authorisation to do so.

Your information will enable us to forward details of our products as requested, to supply the products you have ordered (including products on a trial basis), to process and comply with extended warranty cover or to process any export distributors' questionnaire that you have submitted.
