Standard Warranty

• Standard warranty includes free unlimited helpdesk support for the period of the warranty.
• Any issues which cannot be resolved by the helpdesk will progress to box swap.
• Box swap is a next day replacement service where the Volumatic product is replaced Free of Charge from Volumatic support stock.
• Standard warranty does not cover accidental or wilful damage.
